The last few weeks have been super stressful and I am super sad to say that I have neither kept on my diet or my workout.
My boy and I are not doing the best. Work has been super stressful with the cutting of hours and such. I still don't know 100% where I am going to live at the end of the month.
My entire living quarters got flooded. My clothes all smell like ground water even though I have washed them all. A lot of my stuff got ruined. So.
When I am stressed I desire grains. And ice cream. And I get lazy. And I drink. And I get super frustrated about doing that.
I need to get back on track.
I feel better when I eat Paleo. And work out.
These are facts.
